Accessibility statement

How we make this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us if something doesn’t work for you.

We want everyone to be able to use localcouncilaudit.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How we tested this website

We tested the website in November 2026 using automated accessibility checks (axe) on its main pages, including the home page, services, pricing, the instant quote tool, the Annual Audit Guide page and our complaints procedure, and by checking that every link, button and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline. No issues were found in those checks.

Known limitations

  • Our quote request, guide download and booking forms are provided by a third-party service (HighLevel) and embedded in our pages. We can’t fully control their accessibility. If you have difficulty using them, email or phone us and we’ll help directly.
  • Some PDF documents, such as guides and template reports, may not be fully accessible. We can provide them in an accessible format on request.

Ask for an accessible format or report a problem

Email jason@localcouncilaudit.com or call 020 3137 2660. We aim to reply within five working days. If you’re not happy with our response, you can use our complaints procedure.

This statement was prepared in November 2026. We’ll review it at least once a year, and whenever we make significant changes to the website.
